Temporal exposition


The Benalmádena History Center, located next to Santa Ana beach at the beginning of Federico García Lorca avenue, hosts the exhibition 'The Roman villas of Benalmádena', where the archaeological investigations of the two main villas found in the municipality: Benalroma and Torremuelle.


The exhibition details the commercial activity of these large farms, mainly for the production of olive oil and salted fish, a witness to their Mediterranean character. In addition, the visitor will be able to know through illustrations each of the parts of these villas: the areas destined for industry and the stately residence.


Added to the illustrative tour of the villas is the possibility of appreciating the site of the 'Benalroma' industrial zone from the History Center building itself, offering a panoramic view of the archaeological remains.


Free entrance. Visiting hours from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
