The City Council and the GarcÃa Fajer Foundation organize the second chamber music festival "Classical 2021"
The “II Classical, CIEC International Chamber Music Festival†includes three free concerts throughout the summer, and will begin on Friday, July 23, at 10:00 p.m., in the Clock Square, with a performance by Irina Yonkova ( viola) and Bojan Turkic (piano)
The Estepona City Council informs that the GarcÃa Fajer Foundation closes the celebration of its fifteenth anniversary with the II Classical 2021, CIEC International Chamber Music Festival, a unique event in Spain both for the novelty of its format, and for the excellence in the proposed program , in support of young talents in European chamber music.
The CIEC, International String Center of Excellence, is a training program aimed at all young musicians, whose objective is to achieve excellence as high-level professional string performers, through intensive practice, which is why this Festival supposes an important showcase for all of them.
The cycle includes three free concerts in the Plaza del Reloj, and they will begin at 10:00 pm. The first concert, on Friday, July 23, will feature a performance by Irina Yonkova (viola) and Bojan Turkic (piano), while on Friday, August 6, it will feature DarÃa Kaigorodtseva (piano). The cycle will end on Friday, September 3, with the performance of the "Fajer Duo", formed by Irina Yonkova (viola) and Sergio Gómez (cello).
